Introduction
LD163 is a kind of special resin for polyethylene shrink film, developed and produced by 200kta tubular process high pressure polyethylene plant in Beijing Yanshan Company.
LD163 is low density polyethylene. The melt flow rate of it is 0.30 g/10min. It is non-toxic and odorless white particles and is in line with food hygiene requirements.
This product has the characteristics of high mechanical intensity, good transparency, and good performance of film processing. Especially, the higher molecular weight enables it to have the properties of high melt intensity and anti-aging, and the stable control of melt flow rate (MFR) enables it to have more stable processing performance. The control for gel and fisheye provides the blow moulding film with good tensile strength and high-quality appearance.

Product purpose All kinds of thermal shrinkage packaging films, especially thermal shrinkage packaging film of beer and beverage can also be applied as agriculture films and heavy-duty packing films.
Recommended Processing Technology Because of its high molecular weight, the extrusion processing temperature of LD163 should be higher than ordinary film material by 10-30 ℃. If it is used for thermal shrinkage packaging film, the temperature range of processing are recommended to be from 180℃ to 220℃.
Typical temperature is set to be: 180/190/200/200 /200/190 ℃ (starting from the feeding zone). It is recommended that the temperature of connector and die temperature should be set lower than melt temperature by 5 ℃ to 10 ℃.
Packing Style
PP woven bags, net weight of every bag should be 25 kg.
Storage and Transportation Requirements
Transportation is not permitted to insolate under the sunshine or drench in the rain, and the products cannot be transported with sand and metals and other contaminants, especially cannot be mixed with the flammable materials, transportation with open wagons must use tarpaulin, the compartment should remain clean and dry or use special car.
Stored at room temperature, the warehouse should have good fire prevention facilities, and remain dry and clean. Storage should be prevented from direct sunlight and should not be piled in open air.
